Mark Iguidbashian

Mark Iguidbashian is the Co-Founder and Partner of Peak Fund Management, where he partners closely with venture capital and private equity firms to provide high-touch, reliable fund administration services. His experience in fund operations, accounting, and client relations spans nearly a decade, serving both emerging and established managers.

Mark earned his BBA in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation from Gonzaga University. Mark is also a Certified Public Accountant.

He began his career at KPMG, working in the State and Local Tax group, before joining Standish Management, where he supported a diverse range of VC and PE clients. Most recently, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer at Nolan Capital prior to co-founding Peak Fund Management.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, following Gonzaga basketball, and enjoying time at the beach.
